Terms of Service

If this is your first time commissioning, no fret! I'll do my best to make it easy and simple for the both of us! If you ever have questions please let me know. c:

  • First off, keep in mind that delays may happen considering how life can get! I will always update you on the commission and keep in touch.

  • I am more comfortable working without deadlines, but typically the waiting period can be 1-2 weeks. There may be times the piece is finished much sooner depending on my drive. The more complex the piece is, the longer it'll take to finish.

  • You cannot sell the commission or adopt works of mine.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission

  • I also have the right to cancel a commission if I haven't recieved payment.

  • I do not give out the work files, only high resolution png files.

  • There is no refunds once the finalized sketch has been agreed upon.

  • Proper credit/sourcing is required, you can always tag me by using "cherrywaves" as that is my art-tag. You can also link one of my social media accounts.

Copyright/Usage PolicyI, the artist, hold every right to the drawing and not the commissioner.I will post it on social media and keep it as samples for my portfilo.The commissioner is allowed to;Use the copyrighted work for personal/private use only.
Will be disclosed as creator of orginal character, but not creator of the drawing.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you don't want to be tagged in the work as the commissioner, you can always claim privately. (aka, no links or tags)The following is considered Copyright Infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted work commerically (You can't make money off it.)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork
Removing watermarks or signatures.
Altering the artwork without my permission.
